Seems you are pretty curious about the requirements for becoming a
member of our clan.....
The main reason you want to apply here should be because you want to
experience fun and friendship by playing in a community that plays CoD2
in a tactical manner. This is CERTAINLY NOT limited to strict teamwork,
but more or less means that your behavior in game play reflects all
tactical rules. No running, jumping, etc, etc.
Since «GoR» has its own standards
concerning the interpretation of those rules, any aspirant member
(applicants) will need to read these rules of conduct (ROC) and rules of
engagement (ROE) and agree to live up by them. Let us emphasize that we
DO NOT want to simulate reality, we choose a way of game play that makes
our experience and enjoyment of the game more difficult, but therefore,
in our eyes, more thrilling.
This will be needed in order to have a smooth process merging into «GoR».
Before sending us an application, after reading our ROC & ROE,
consider the following
You must master the English language on a reasonable and
understandable level.
After a free trial (of at least 14 days with a maximum of 30
days), we expect members to contribute to clan expenses of US$ 8.00
a month).
You must have a working microphone and speakers or a headset.
You will have to read, understand and agree on all clan rules
PRIOR to application.
You will need to be a patient, «GoR»
wants quality over quantity, before joining we want to interact and
play the game with you. We also have a waiting list for recruitment,
so it might take up a long time to be accepted as a recruit
You can join «GoR» only when
vouched for by a member with the rank of SGT or higher, so make sure
to get in touch with ANY «GoR»
member.
«GoR» is not about fast promotions.
«GoR» wants the right members in the
right places. «GoR» considers rank not of value for recognition,
rank only reflects ambition, responsibility and capability.
Recognition will come by itself, for we respect you for whom you
are, not what you do. Recognition of skills comes through 64
different medals in 24 categories.
«GoR» has a minimum age
restriction. The minimal age to become a recruit is 21 years. (Might
be subject to changes.)
After application we will send you all rules concerning game play
and conduct. Again read them carefully...
